Children are welcome to come and join us @ BALANCE for a wonderful, creative and inspiring Childrens Yoga class on Sunday morning 10-11am.

Children enjoy the challenge and rest within Yoga practice and learn to listen to themselves - thus growing up with confidence and awareness of who they are.
