Whether you experience mild or chronic back pain or are just interested in maintaining a healthy spine, this workshop will offer you various techniques such as stretchning and strengthening asanas as well as relaxtion, visualisation and awareness tools regarding changes in lifestyle which you can take home to explore for yourself and ultimately choose what is right for you to implement in your life to improve not only your spinal health but your overall well being.
