I gained confidence in my ability to make the right decisions and find the answers inside myself. I have found the tools like the coaching model really useful in dealing with those little problems and issues that bother you but sometimes you don’t know what to do about. Now I am well on my way to understanding myself and what I want from my life. And I got to know a lot of really great people!
I feel that the course has been fantastic in getting us to reflect on what we have, or have not, and decide what it is that we want, or do not want. Enabling us to take the right actions, or adjust our thoughts to help us achieve our desired outcomes.
Making the weekly commitments gave me space for my own development but also brought me into contact with so many wonderful people. It is really helpful to know that you are not alone and that there is plenty of others out there in a similar position.
The course has enabled me to achieve more balance in my life and has given me the knowledge that I am important too! This has been an amazing journey of discovery, both of myself and what I consider to be, my new friends.
I am really benefiting from this and have already made tentative steps towards change – and I love it! For me, it will, these days, always need to be about ‘safe change’ that is low risk to my areas of fear and vulnerability, but I can still do it!
The course has given me a clearer idea of what I am here for and where I am heading towards.
I gained a lot of pleasure from watching my own perspective change and in party to helping others change theirs.
I gained a fantastic insight into myself! This awareness has allowed me to go deeper into myself and really establish who I am and what I want to do with my life. It has made me feel important, but in the right ways.
This course honestly changed my life and started the ball rolling for me in terms of my personal growth and development. I would recommend this course to anyone!
Am really enjoying the course as I like the challenge of probing deeper.
I learned that the real me is someone I like and enjoyed getting to know her. I have experienced a rush of creativity and productiveness which has given me a lot of happiness.
The well-being course works because everyone shares a common purpose, the studio is an intimate, but open environment and we all felt able to share our deepest fears and emotions with one another. This is something I have never experienced before and I know that I will always have this lovely support network. There have been laughs, tears and some really hard conversations, but thanks to Ann and Kerry we have felt able to share and learn from each other.
I have been privileged to meet and work with some amazing people. J
The course was confirmation that I need to “Get busy living.”
I enjoyed the way in which the course created the right environment for me to test and question myself, to make direct change or not, to think about ‘what if’ I did make the change.
I also enjoyed the interaction with the group, I enjoyed seeing others in their journey too.
I’ve gained a fantastic life skill that I can apply – practice makes perfect! – to just about anything.
Its been an excellent experience.
A safe and non-judgemental atmosphere...What I gained from the course...Increase in self confidence and self belief. Realisation that others share some of the same concerns and worries as myself. Meeting and sharing with a group of lovely people. :-)
