TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you book a class with us, Balance Yoga and Pilates, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions:

Booking and paying for classes

  • All classes require booking and must be booked online.

  • Class prices may be reviewed and changed from time to time. Up to date prices will always be

    available on the booking system on our website, and any changes will be communicated to

    existing customers by email prior to any changes being implemented.

  • Payments for all classes and 1-1 sessions are non-refundable.

    Cancellations 

  • Group Matwork and Reformer classes cannot be cancelled, they can be rescheduled by the client, up to 48 hours before the class start time.

  • 1-1 sessions cannot be cancelled, they can be rescheduled by the client, up to 24 hours before the class start time.

  • If you arrive too late to join in a class, you will be charged the full class fee.

    Attending classes

  • Please arrive a few minutes early so that you are ready to start the class on time.

  • It is important that all class participants are warmed up sufficiently for the main body of the class,

    therefore if we deem you to have arrived too late to warm up we reserve the right to refuse entry

    to that class for your own safety.

  • Please leave shoes and coats in the bar area before entering the studio.

  • Please do not bring mobile phones, bags, coats into the studio with you.

  • You should wear appropriate clothing that allows you to move freely, including grip socks

    for Reformer pilates.

  • If on occasion you must leave class early, please notify us at the beginning of the class.

  • Classes are an inclusive space and we ask that you show kindness and respect to everyone.

  • Prior to attending your first class, you are required to complete a Health Screening Questionnaire.

    Following the questionnaire we may request to meet with you for a full pre-assessment prior to attending a class.

  

  • You agree to update us of any changes to your health e.g. new medication or pain/ injury.

  • If you are unwell, we ask that you do not attend class. This is for your own safety and for the

    wellbeing of other clients.

  • We will provide all necessary equipment including mats, however you are welcome to bring your

    own equipment if you prefer. We accept no liability in the event that this equipment is damaged

    during class, or you are injured due to a fault or damage to your own equipment.

  • No personal liability is accepted for the loss or damage of any personal belongings that are

    brought onto the premises. Please don't bring any valuable items, personal items brought onto the premises are done so at your own risk.
